Your agent sounds useless (and I must admit it sounds like our old agent too). Could you perhaps after your dh has seen what is going on with the plumber and such, maybe ring and ask for another agent to care for your property?? If it were me there is no way I could trust someone to look after my investment after the way she has treated you.
